Here at, we offer our Guests the option to Personalise some of their purchases. Personalisation means that on selected products you can choose to have a name or message added, creating that extra special gift.

Personalisation is offered with standard delivery only due to the unique nature of this service. The items will be delivered within 7 working days. Please review your personalisation information before submitting your order. Check spelling and names carefully. You are welcome to call us on our Guest Service helpline 0845 688 5113 if you have questions about personalisation.

Please note that the usual returns policy does not apply for personalised product, personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, this does not affect your statutory rights. Disney Store Online reserves the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Please check names are spelt correctly before submitting your order as personalised items cannot be amended or changed.

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Redelivery Process

If you are not at home when your order arrives, the courier company will post an 'Attempted Delivery' card through your door. If repeated delivery attempts fail to complete the delivery, the order will be returned to the courier's local depot and will be held for 5 days before being returned to us.
