If you are not completely satisfied with our goods and service you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 working days after receipt of your product and receive a full refund for the goods. If the goods have arrived to you in a damaged state or if there was an error on our behalf, we will automatically refund the postage costs of returning the goods to us. If however you have simply changed your mind, postage and packing will not be refunded and you will need to return the goods to us in good condition.

Full details of how to return your item are on the reverse of the packing slip included with your order.

A pre-addressed label has been attached to your packing slip for your convenience.

Personalised items, or audio and video recordings, computer software and any DVDs or CD-Roms you have unsealed may not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
